The product is good but the wait is too much

I placed order on the 27/8 and they shipped it out on the 7/9. Then, my parcel got stucked with citylink kuching from 11/9 till i call them on the 18/9. They said the person in charge is on leave and i arrange for self collect. The lady at citylink is very friendly tho. However, the product is very good and worth my money but the wait is too much for me.
