Arrived within a few days of me ordering. Got a free gift of 3 pairs of socks & two little french fry keychains. Very cute. I adore the design of the shoes, and the back part is smooth so its easy to put on. The laces are thicker than most shoelaces, so its a bit tricky to tie, but i understand thats part of the design to make it look like fries or mustard, so i dont mind
