The size ordered a bit too small. I want to exchange to a bigger size i.e size 43 to size 44. Is it allowed?
The bag is soo cute,what i like the most is the amount of compartments in the bag. The size is bigger than I thought.

Quality no problem but i think i got wrong saiz which is L size not M.
the design is so simple i love it, but maybe i should choosen the bigger size from my true size, i got size 43 but i need to buy 1 size or 2 bigger than my true size you know what im saying...overall the item is lit 🔥 maybe I'll repeat

I bought the bag because if looks absolutely quirky and unique. I was also excited to support a local brand but unfortunately, the sticker badges were not glued on properly. I had to use my own quick drying glue to secure the sticker badges in place. There were also some threads poking out here and there, and I have to clean it up. Overall the bag is cute and spacious for a lot of items, but there's no proper compartment and no proper structure to arrange your things. Bit of a sad buy but a good bag to customised and add on your own little personality.
